These Terms of Service govern the use of the LAKETAB SL website and services. Accessing and using the site implies acceptance of these terms.

Use of the website
The website may be used for lawful purposes only. Using it in any way that could damage, disable or degrade the service, or interfere with its use by other people, is not permitted. The forms and the chat apply submission rate limits to prevent abuse.

Services
LAKETAB SL provides consulting, engineering, development and implementation services in artificial intelligence, data engineering, custom software, automation, cloud infrastructure and analytics. The scope, timeframes, price and ownership of the deliverables of each service are set out in the corresponding project agreement between LAKETAB SL and the client. The information published on the site and the answers given by the chat assistant are informative and do not constitute a binding offer.

Intellectual property
The contents of the site, including text, graphics, logos, images and code, belong to LAKETAB SL or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
Reproducing, distributing, modifying or creating derivative works from these contents without prior written authorisation is not permitted.
Intellectual property rights over the work delivered to each client are governed by the corresponding project agreement.

Disclaimer of warranties
The website is offered "as is" and subject to availability. LAKETAB SL strives to keep the information published accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee the absence of errors or the uninterrupted availability of the site.

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LAKETAB SL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the website. Liability for contracted services is governed by what is agreed in the corresponding project agreement. This limitation does not affect the rights that consumer legislation grants on a mandatory basis.

Indemnity
Anyone using the website is responsible for the claims, damages or costs that their improper use of it, or their breach of these terms, causes to LAKETAB SL or to the people who work there.

The site may contain links to third-party websites. LAKETAB SL does not control those sites and is not liable for their content, their privacy practices or their terms of use.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from access to or use of the site, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona, unless consumer legislation establishes a different jurisdiction.
